10 rules of Car insurance for teenager

Need car insurance for your teen or do I just insure the car? The research I've done all says that the VEHICLE has to be insured but it doesn't say anything about the DRIVER. This doesn't make sense to me but almost every website says it's the vehicle that has to be covered. Does your son need to be specifically named on the policy?The statistics about teenage drivers aren't good. According to
